Do you charge for shipping?
If your order totals $250 or more (exluding GST) then we will ship your order for free. If your order is below this amount we will charge a fee of $9.50 per shipment to all Capital cities and major cities and towns. A slightly higher charge will be charged for rural ($14-$16) and remote ($18-$24) areas. The charge will be displayed at the checkout/shipping stage and is based on postcodes.
What states do you ship to?
We ship to all Australian states and territories. The shipping costs remain the same for all state capitals (except Darwin). We do not ship overseas.
What happens if an item I purchase is faulty?
If goods are received damaged or short supplied customers are entitled to receive a replacement or refund. Check out our returns policy for full details on how to go about this.
What happens if an item is out of stock?
We aim to ensure that all items on the website are in stock. If an item is temporarily out of stock or been made obsolete, it will be removed from the website. However sometimes stocking errors do occur. If this happens we will communicate when the item will be back in stock and offer a refund on the item if this is preferred.
How do you keep your prices so low compared to other childcare suppliers?
We are modern company operating online. This means we have very few staff and low operating costs. This enables us to pass on those savings to our customers.
